【Hangshun Training Camp】-Smart Wind Gun

 
Overview

The hot air gun welding station uses Hangshun HK32F103CBT6 as the main control. It collects the thermocouple value of the air gun through AD, and outputs PWM through program processing to control the thyristor BTA16 to control the temperature of the air gun. Supports 858 series hot air guns, supports automatic standby sleep and automatic wake-up! NTC temperature compensation! Time display, etc. The demonstration video shows the touch switch used for the soft switch of the stroke gun, and the button self-locking switch used in the wiring diagram of this project.

Sharing production experience (to allow more partners to avoid detours) The following methods are applicable when welding is normal (no short circuit, virtual soldering, tin connection, etc.)

1. The air gun fan rotates but the heating wire does not heat.

  1. Enter the menu to check the system information to see if the power supply fails. If it is faulty, check the voltage transformer circuit to see if the R9/C12 resistor and capacitor are welded correctly (R9=402R, C12=10uF).
  2. There are no errors in R9 and C12. Check whether Q3 is damaged. 2. The air gun fan rotates but the heating wire keeps heating.
  3. Check whether Q3 and Q2 are conductive. Q3 is easier to conduct. 3. The air gun fan does not rotate
  4. Check if Q1 is damaged. 4. Time display problem
  5. The time is not displayed: Check whether the X1 32.768K 6PF crystal oscillator is soldered and whether the specifications are correct. The MCU RTC module has requirements for the crystal. It requires a 32.768kHz crystal with a load capacitance of 6pF. Generally, crystals have a load capacitance of 12pF. It is possible to use it. Unstable, or not vibrating at all.
  6. Time is too fast: The X1 crystal oscillator has poor contact. Move it by hand. If the problem is not solved by moving it by hand, re-solder it. Just move the crystal normally and it'll be fine. 5. Registration
  7. If the registration code prompts that the save failed, you can first check whether the PCB R1 4.7K resistor is connected with tin or soldered, and whether the AT24C32D IC direction is correct.

7. Precautions

  1. Be sure to confirm the line sequence before wiring the air gun handle. Wrong connection may cause board burnout or machine failure.
  2. Before powering on, make sure there is no short circuit on the board and be well insulated.
  3. The handle of the air gun is plugged in, so plug it in first and then turn on the power.
