LM5050 ultra-low voltage drop ideal diode module
It can be used in N+1 power supply system or Buck synchronous rectification topology DC-DC to charge the battery to prevent the battery current from flowing back into the synchronous buck module and causing the module to burn.
Voltage range: 6-70V (Using a jumper pin to connect "EXT" and connecting an external power supply allows the ideal diode to operate at a lower voltage)
Maximum bus current: 30A (BSC030N08 *2)
The power input must be connected to the common ground of the power system! Regardless of external power supply, otherwise the ideal diode will not work.
