TTP233D-HA6 TonTouchTM is a single-button touch detection chip. This touch detection chip has a built-in voltage stabilizing circuit to provide stable voltage for the touch sensing circuit. The stable touch detection effect can widely meet the needs of different applications. This touch detection chip is Designed specifically to replace traditional buttons, the size of the touch detection PAD can be designed within a reasonable range according to different sensitivities. Low power consumption and wide operating voltage are the characteristics of this touch chip in DC or AC applications .


  1. Working voltage 2.4V ~ 5.5V z Built-in voltage stabilizing circuit provides stable voltage for touch detection circuit
  2. Built-in low voltage reset (LVR) function z Operating current @VDD=3V, no load, typical value 2.5uA, maximum value 5uA in low power mode
  3. The maximum response time is approximately 220ms in low power mode @VDD=3V
  4. Sensitivity can be adjusted by external capacitor (1~50pF)
  5. Stable human touch detection replaces traditional key switches
  6. Provide low power mode
  7. Provide output mode selection (TOG pin), you can choose direct output or latch (toggle) output z Provide a maximum output time of about 16 seconds (±50%) z Q pin is CMOS output, you can select high level output by (AHLB pin) Active or low output is active
  8. There is a stabilization time of about 0.5 seconds after powering on. Do not touch the detection point during this period. All functions are disabled at this time. The automatic calibration function refreshes the reference value approximately every 1 second within 8 seconds after powering on. If it is powered on, If the button is touched within 8 seconds or the button is not touched after 8 seconds, the recalibration period will be switched to 4 seconds.
