ESP32_GAME: Modified based on the open source project ESPLAY MICRO

Overview

The biggest difference from the original project is that it supports Chinese display, which solves the problem of garbled Chinese display of files uploaded on web pages, and the UTF8-GBK algorithm is added. The function can be switched between Chinese and English if you want to do it. You can leave a message if you need. The bin file will be uploaded when finished. It is best to use the 8MB flash module. If you have any good ideas, please share them. V2.1 adds volume step setting, V2.2 adds R_BTN key burst function for NES games
