ESP32 fast programmer test ring version

Overview

Remove the plastic from the ring, break it apart a little, insert the long end toward the middle, cut off the short end that is too long and weld it, use needle-nosed pliers to bend the top of the long end outwards.
Modified from open source project, fixed the bug that cannot be automatically uploaded, and changed the interface
