It does not work after power on. KEY1 will start timing after pulling it low (pulling it low will start timing by default when powering on).
When the low potential of KEY1 disappears during timing, it will stop working, and the timing will restart after it is pulled low.
Output = low when the chip is not working.
Chip to Timing Output = High.
Chip timing end output = low
