JW®5068A is a single-chip step-down switching regulator based on I2 architecture that enables fast transient response.
The JW5068A has an input range of 4V~23V, provides 8A continuous output current and two integrated N-channel MOSFETs.
Internal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency without the use of external Schottky diodes.
At light loads, the regulator operates at low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple.
