Castrate some interfaces.

Problem: The digital tube cannot be turned off and always turned on. The output port can only be 5V without any protocol. The output can be turned off. It can be controlled by single click, double click and long press. The original function of double clicking is to turn off all outputs and extinguish the digital tube and enter standby. Now double clicking just turns off the output and cannot enter standby mode.

The chip cause has been ruled out.

Only solder necessary core components. The same fault still occurs.
