Overview

Chip solution TPS53318DQPR

The input and output of this solution board are in terminal mode.

Input voltage: 1.5-22V (default 12V)

Output voltage: 0.6-5.5V (set output 5.1V)

Output current: MAX 8A (actually controlled within 6A) to enhance heat dissipation

Switching frequency: 500KHz

Quiescent current 2ma

Load test output efficiency:

1A (92.7%), 2A (95%), 3A (95.2%),

4A (94.7%), 4.9A (94.1%)

The TPS53318 and TPS53319 devices are integrated MOSFET, 8A or 14A synchronous switches with D-CAP mode.

They are designed for ease of use, low external component count, and space-constrained power systems.

These devices feature an accurate 1%, 0.6V reference, and integrated boost switch.

Competitive features include: wide 1.5V to 22V conversion input voltage range, minimal external components, D-CAP™ for ultra-fast response

Mode control, automatic skip mode operation, internal soft-start control, selectable frequency and no compensation required.
