pixl.js large and small screen all-in-one board

The Pixl.js project was revised
to use a disassembled 1.7-inch screen from the old Wangjia POS. The cable screen printing was FM1922570CT6.
The ceramic antenna was removed and replaced with an onboard antenna. The signal is not bad.
Retaining small screen support, the board size is the same as the next door pixl lite board. In theory, the outer casing does not need to be significantly modified.

There is no problem with the button battery version using the onboard NFC.
However, due to battery interference in the lithium battery version, the back brush may not be effective. If you don’t want to use the front brush, you can consider using an external antenna, which you need to match yourself.
There is also a reference panel in the project for reference only.
There is my shell at the end of the article. It is recommended to print it with high-precision equipment.

Someone actually made the puzzle in batches. Okay, let’s modify the board wiring to meet the requirements of the puzzle.
 
※Pay attention to the order requirements:
1. The project should be made using standardized components as much as possible. The BOM order is correct, but please determine whether to place an order immediately or seek replacement parts based on your own ability
. 2. The PCB thickness is 1.0mm and the panel is 0.8mm.
3. Due to the order It better supports hand soldering. I have modified the pads of some device packages, but not the solder paste layer. If you want to open the stencil, please refer to the actual pads.
