This project includes all the software and hardware design required to develop the T12 soldering station. The PID parameters are mature and the function completion is very high.
1. Real-time monitoring of soldering iron tip temperature
2. PID temperature control
3. The temperature can be controlled through the encoder
4. Short press the encoder to enter the short-term heating mode
5. Long press the encoder to enter the main menu
6. Handle vibration detection (requires the handle to contain Vibration sensor)
7. Handle connection detection (implemented by judging whether the temperature of the soldering iron tip can be read)
8. Timer setting - sleep, shutdown time
9. Can measure the voltage and temperature of the main control chip
10. Implemented on OLED Information display
11. Allows to set the temperature calibration value of different soldering iron tips
. 12. The settings are saved in EEPROM and will not be lost when power is off
. 13. Allows hot-swappable soldering tips and pops up the soldering tip configuration selection menu.
