Introduction: A compact and multifunctional heating table controller
1. Product introduction
This product is an aluminum substrate heating table controller with an OLED display. The maximum power is 100W. It has two input interfaces and the temperature control range is 0-200. ℃, has a complete menu interface, uses platinum resistors to improve the accuracy of temperature detection, and has input current and voltage monitoring and protection functions. The overall size of the product is small and the cost is low.
2. Application scenario
: It is suitable for temperature control of DC heating tables. It has two power inputs: USB-C and DC. It can be used in scenarios such as heating objects and small reflow soldering. It is also suitable for vehicle and mobile scenarios. Suitable for home, electronics enthusiasts and laboratory use.
3. Product Overview
This product uses STM32F030F4P6 as the control MCU, which is low in price. OLED adopts 0.96-inch IIC protocol OLED bare screen, which has high contrast and low power consumption. The PCB adopts a slotted and zoned copper-laying design, which can greatly reduce the impact of the temperature of the heating platform on the board. In the power input part, the input of the C port uses CH224K as the protocol chip. A fast charging charging head that supports the PD protocol and QC protocol supplies power to this product. . The temperature monitoring part uses platinum resistors and operational amplifier circuits, and is designed with a voltage and current acquisition circuit.
4. Product parameters:
finished product size: 75mm*120mm, 1.6mm board thickness, double-layer board.
Input voltage: 12-20V, input current 0-5A.
Maximum heating power: 100W
Temperature setting range: 0-200℃
Input interface/protocol: USB-TypeC/DC interface PDQC protocol.
Onboard EEPROM can realize power-off parameter saving.
Heating time: This depends on the power supply. If it is 100w, it will stabilize at 200℃ in about 60 seconds.
5. Instructions for use/tutorials
The functions and interfaces of each part of this product are as follows:
After the user has finished making the controller, check that there are no soldering short circuits, etc. Use STlink to burn the firmware into the onboard microcontroller. After the burning is completed, the OLED should display the menu and main interface. After that, connect the temperature sensor (platinum resistor) and the positive and negative poles of the heating stage to the control board according to the needs. Finally, apply power supply to the C port or DC port, and you can set the temperature and heating stage switch and other functions through the menu buttons.
6. Note that
the BOM cost of this product is about 50 yuan.
This product is hardware + software. Detailed program burning tutorials can be found in the attached program burning & conductive sheet detailed instructions document >>>
The connection between the heating table and the controller can be made by wire. Stud connection, you can also use the PCB conductive sheet in the attachment. For detailed engineering documents, please see the conductive sheet heating table engineering document in the attachment >>>
