Introduction: A synchronous buck module with a maximum power of 150W
1. Product introduction:
This product is a high-power synchronous switching buck module that supports wide voltage input, high switching frequency, excellent efficiency and low heat generation, and carefully designed wiring layout , which can ensure stability under high power conditions.
2. Application scenarios:
This product can be used for power supply of brushless/brushed motors, industrial integrated equipment power supply, secondary voltage reduction of DC power supply, and other scenarios that require high-power DC power supply.
3. Product overview:
This product is a 150W step-down module based on BUCK architecture. It uses the TPS40057 chip solution as the power control chip and supports switching frequency settings up to 1Mhz. Infineon BSC110N06 NMOS is selected as the switching tube, which has an extremely low internal resistance of 11mR. The circuit layout of the board has been designed with thermal balance, the heating components are reasonably laid out, and the wiring is strict. It has over-voltage, under-voltage, soft-start and other protections, and has excellent dynamic performance.

Finished product size: 65*42mm, 1mm board thickness, double-layer board design, single-sided device layout, and radiator installed on the back.
Input voltage: 8-35V, output current: 0-10A
Maximum design power: 150W
The input and output interface is KF-7.62 terminal, which can be directly crimped to multi-strand wires.
Product protection functions: overvoltage, undervoltage, soft start.

After the user completes the module and checks that there are no soldering short circuits or other conditions, the user can input 8-35V DC power at the power input terminal and use a multimeter to test whether there is voltage at the output interface. If the voltage is normal, the load device can be connected.

The load test conditions of this product are 35V input, 30V/5A output. After testing with an electronic load for 30 minutes, without overheating protection,
