NTC is overheating protection, which reduces the current when the temperature is >60 degrees. Specific parameters can be calculated by referring to the data sheet.
The actual diode package was upside down. I temporarily used an SMC package diode for testing, but I couldn't find a suitable capacitor. . . . . . Parameter comparison limits during testing.
