Overview

Test board, prepared for high-power flashlight.

Design 2-4 strings of lithium battery input, 20-36V output, maximum 50W, PWM or potentiometer dimming, and use 4 36VCOBs for testing. Efficiency measured 91%+

NTC is overheating protection, which reduces the current when the temperature is >60 degrees. Specific parameters can be calculated by referring to the data sheet.

The actual diode package was upside down. I temporarily used an SMC package diode for testing, but I couldn't find a suitable capacitor. . . . . . Parameter comparison limits during testing.

U2 is HT7533, there is an error in the picture.
