@gl1996 The open source 2.13-inch ink screen clock - MSP430 project, as a small desktop clock, is extremely convenient to use. But I hope to realize the sound prompt function on the hour. After one month of study, I basically learned the programming of MSP430G2553, and developed the hourly sound prompt firmware based on the GL boss. Based on the hardware of GL Boss, welding the Beep module of this project and flashing the accessory firmware can realize the hourly reminder function.

The open source hardware this time is the integrated buzzer version hardware, which is divided into "AAA battery version" and "button battery version". Please use it as needed. For welding methods, components, etc., please refer to 213EinkBeep , 2.13-inch ink screen clock-MSP430 .

The firmware interface imitates the @Sakart MSP430 2.13-inch ink screen clock interface.

Firmware usage instructions:

1. Facing the screen, from left to right are buttons 1, 2, and 3;
2. Press and hold button 1, then press button 3 to enter settings;
3. Press and hold key 2, and then press key 3 to turn on the hourly reminder function (a bell icon will appear in the lower right corner of the screen);
4. The clock setting interface will display the current battery voltage;
5. If you have any questions or suggestions during use, thank you for your positive feedback;
6. The current firmware is to perform a full flash after 30 times of local flashing, and the daily power consumption is about 1mAh;
7. If there is no operation for 30 seconds after entering the setting interface, it will automatically exit the setting;
8. This firmware is suitable for GL boss hardware.

Expected next firmware update:

• Hourly sound reminder volume setting function
• Temperature and humidity offset setting function

The premise of the above function update is that the MSP430G2553 space allows, so don't hold out too much hope.
