【Training Camp】Mechanical Dog

 
Overview
Chip selection: hi3861 and pca9685.
Introduction: A mechanical dog developed based on OpenHarmony system. Since this is my first time designing it, it won’t be too much. I will continue to learn and add other functions in the future.
What is currently implemented is the forward function.
