MAX 7000/3000 Series have these device families:
EPM70xx (without "S", "E" or "AE" suffix): Original family, no ISP support, no slew-rate (impedence) control, no fast register. EPM7032/7064/7096, some in UV EPROM process.
EPM7xxxE: Expanded family, slew-rate control, fast register. EPM7128E/7160E/7192E/7256E.
EPM7xxxS: Just like MAX 7000E family, but with ISP support! You can program it on board, NO need of REMOVEAL! EPM7032S/7064S/7128S/7160S/7192S/7256S.
EPM7xxxAE: 3V version of MAX 7000S family, enhanced ISP support (easier to unlock, just put +12V HIGH voltage on global OE1 pin). EPM7032AE/7064AE/7128AE/7256AE/7512AE (So large!).
EPM3000A: MAX 7000AE but with additional power and ground pins (thus less signal pins).
Die shot for EPM7128 (7128E/7128S?)
Original EPM7032 die shot.
MAX+plus II 7.22 and 9.3, Xilinx XNF conversion.
