This project was inspired by the clever Kason video " Everyone has a walnut shaker " video and solved the problem of power supply and speed regulation.
Principle introduction
1. Power supply part: The common TP4057 on the market is used to control battery charging. The battery is a 3.7V lithium-ion polymer battery with a protective board.
2. Speed regulation part: 555 timer is used for PWM speed regulation.
3. Base design: The 3D printed shell is designed based on the location of the PCB components and the transparent shell proposed by the clever Kason . I have to say that the professional version model export is really easy to use.
The model file will be placed in the attachment after modification
Project improvements
Consider boosting the buck first and then adjusting the pwm, or use an LDO regulator for adjustment.
