High power multi-color temperature flashlight

 
Overview

 High-power multi-color temperature flashlight, maximum power 100W, who doesn't want a flashlight in childhood? (bushi)
Continuation of some designs of "Corner Flashlight".
The running account is a bit long-winded, thank you for watching.
 
Design ideas.
1) Use COB lamp beads. Purpose, COB lamp beads are convenient for heat dissipation, directly contact the aluminum heat sink, and the temperature is low.
         Use CREE COB lamp beads with a maximum power of 12W, voltage 36V. 9 pieces, maximum 108W. 3 series and 3 parallel. Use three color temperature LEDs.
        The lamp beads were bought at 20% off at LiChuang Mall, which are cheap and large. There are three types of 4000K 5000K 6500K.
2) Acrylic lens, 23mm*8mm, low cost, floodlight. About 80 cents each.
3) Use 8cm cooling fan, and can use fans with a thickness of 1-2.5cm. 80*80*20mm aluminum heat sink. It does not overheat when used at full power.
       The fan starts when the temperature of the radiator exceeds 40 degrees.
4) The driver uses three FP7208s, which are boosted to 36V, constant current drive, DC dimming, and no flicker. The three channels can adjust three color temperatures of LEDs respectively.
5) The charging uses CH224K, and the PD is induced to 20V. CN3765, lithium battery charging circuit, maximum 2A.
6) The MCU uses the national technology N32G430C8L7, which is cheap and easy to use, with sufficient performance, and is matched with the OLED screen to display relevant details.
7) For easy carrying, the handle is 3D printed, with an integrated button screen and a TYPE-C charging socket. The 3D Hou printed 8111X resin, a set is about 16 yuan. The
     handle PCB and the main board are connected by a 0.5mm 16P PFC cable. Charging is connected separately with a wire connection, and 20AWG Teflon wire is recommended.
8) The bidirectional current of the battery is detected, and the remaining capacity and remaining usage time can be roughly calculated.
 
Some questions.
The battery can be external or internal. For internal batteries, it is recommended to use an 8010 thin fan to free up more space. The internal space is enough to accommodate 4 strings of 21700 batteries.
Pay attention to the discharge rate of the battery. The maximum discharge of the flashlight is 9A.
An external battery is used here because there are surplus model aircraft batteries. The battery is fixed with a magic tie.
The battery holder on the upper cover was not installed due to express delivery issues. There is also interference in space.
Similarly, a 1/4 20 tripod screw hole is designed, but the nut was not delivered due to express delivery issues.

Press and hold [Power switch] to turn on. Press and hold [Add key] when turning on to initialize EEPROM data.
After turning on (gear mode), short press [Power switch] to switch 1-5 gears.
Double-click [Power switch] for extremely bright gear 5 gears, and triple-click [Power switch] to flash.
Long press the [Power Switch] to turn off the device.
 
Short press the [Set Key] to switch modes, gear mode <> special mode.
Gear mode is as above.
Special mode Short press the [Power Switch] to switch, which are flashing, beacon, and SOS.
 
Double-click the [Set Key] to enter the setting interface 1, short press the [Set Key] to switch up and down, set the initial battery capacity, screen sleep time (0 means no sleep). [Minus Key] [Plus Key] to adjust the number.
 
Double-click the [Set Key] again to enter the setting interface 2, short press the [Set Key] to switch, set the brightness of each gear in the gear mode. [Minus Key] [Plus Key] to adjust the number.
Double-click the [Set Key] again to enter the setting interface 3, short press the [Set Key] to switch, set the brightness of each gear in the special mode. [Minus Key] [Plus Key] to adjust the number. Double-
click the [Set Key] again to exit. 
 
Triple-click the [Set Key] to enter the DEBUG information page, and triple-click to exit.
 
2) Gear setting
Each string of LEDs is controlled separately, and three different color temperature LEDs are used. When setting the gear, you can adjust the brightness of the three LEDs separately.
For example, you can set the first gear L1: 100, L2: 50, L3: 30.
