It is both a transistor withstand voltage tester and a high-voltage megohmmeter (megger) with a test current of 1mA and a test voltage of 2700V. 5V charging interface, 3.7V lithium battery power supply, low battery indicator.
It can test transistors and other electronic components with a withstand voltage below 2700V.
It can test the insulation resistance of equipment, with a range of 2500MΩ and average accuracy.
