CH341A programmer

Overview

CH341 is a USB bus adapter chip that provides asynchronous serial ports, print ports, parallel ports, and commonly used 2-wire and 4-wire synchronous serial interfaces through the USB bus.

Programmers made using CH341 are widely used in 25 series spi memories and 24 series iic memories. They can be directly read and written. They are particularly well-known for use in bios flashing.

Use the toggle switch to select the function and output voltage. There are normal serial port mode and memory burning mode.

For SMD flash chips, an adapter board is required. The adapter board has been added to the pcb. How about the * version? , you can use it after breaking it apart, and then polish it slightly. Considering that the adapter board may be welded repeatedly, do not choose a board that is too thin.

Attached are software for serial port programming and software for flash programming. Read and write operation instructions.jpg

2020/8: Verification successful. The effect is as shown in the figure image.png

Take out the data cable you picked up

image.png,

Set the toggle switches to FLASH and 3.3V respectively, and power on directly for testing. If you hear the sound of the device connecting, open the device manager and take a look.

image.png is an expected result. Please use "Double-click this installation" in the first folder "XP, WIN7.WIN8 Driver" in the attachment.

image.png It shows that the installation is successful. Re-plug and unplug it. Then open the device manager and it has been successfully recognized. Open the CH341A.exe in the attachment and you can see "Connected" in the lower right corner.

image.png Let's take out a flash that we don't know where to remove and pay attention to the pin alignment. image.png

Then weld on

Install the programmer board

image.png Click "Detect" on the software and you can see that the manufacturer's model capacity information has been read out.

image.png Let's hit read and see what's inside

image.png It actually has the word Lenovo on it. .

You can also try the serial port function, disconnect the programmer, switch the FLASH DIP switch to UART, connect it again, open the device manager, and you can see that the serial port has been recognized.

image.png Okay, the presentation is over.
