A gyro between planetary gears made of PCB
The gears now fit perfectly and mesh tightly. The entire fingertip gyroscope can also rotate, but due to financial problems, we cannot afford good bearings, so it cannot rotate for too long. Also, it is difficult to ensure that the welded copper pillars are perpendicular to the PCB board, resulting in certain friction and friction in the installation of each layer. Shaking, there is currently no good way to correct it.
For the specific steps of installing the bearing, please refer to the previous fidget spinner project. Of course, if I have time, I will also update a complete assembly video.
