Recently, due to need, I made such an LT1963 adjustable power supply.
LT1963 is a high-precision and low-noise linear regulator produced by Linear Technology (now part of Analog Devices). This is the reason why I use this LDO.
It has been actually tested and the solution is feasible and can provide power for some modules.
Circuit features:
It adopts dual power supply bridge rectification + double voltage stabilization + triple filtering to provide good power supply for the equipment.
Installation Notes:
Two 10A10 diodes are not necessary. Just twist two 1N4007 together to use as one diode. Use 7818 for the three-terminal voltage regulator.
