Disadvantages: Due to control limitations, only two IO ports are available, and there are no other sensors on the board. The previous version had a temperature sensor but it was inaccurate due to chip heating.
The BOM table is for reference only except for parameters. You can choose the original with the same parameters by yourself.
Also recommended is Teppanyaki, as hand welding is difficult.
