【Introduction】

In order to inherit the open source culture and get rid of the high IQ tax of **Brick , we open source a special connection board

Split design, stronger output capability. Meets Intel's latest ATX12VO specification (the power supply can also be passed down from generation to generation).
This adapter kit contains three parts:
1. CSPS interface adapter board (converts the csps interface to atx12vo+6*8P)
2. ATX power supply adapter board ( Convert ATX12VO to power the ATX motherboard)
3. Hard drive power supply expansion board (emmmm... p-disk artifact?)

[Loading capacity]
Note: All the following test 12V output data are related to the CSPS power supply itself. It depends on what you bought. It is not specified here.
1. CSPS interface adapter board: currently tested 900w/8 hours, the average load temperature rise does not exceed 7 Degrees Celsius (power supplies above 900w are too hot to measure)
2. ATX power adapter board: 5V16A, 3.3V16A, 5Vsb4A (long-term load temperature rise does not exceed 12 degrees Celsius, the highest is 5V20A, 3.3V21A, 5Vsb7A, please be sure to do it for high loads Heat dissipation!)
3. Hard drive power supply expansion: 5V16A long-term, 23A maximum, please be sure to do heat dissipation)

[Ripple related]
Note: The specific ripple data has a great relationship with the CSPS power supply itself. The test data here are only responsible for this power supply. The test data are for reference only! Test data is for reference only! (The 12V main circuit ripple of this power supply is 47mV without additional capacitance, and is 159mV at full load; 12Vsb is 107mV at no load, and is 172mV at full load)
1. 12V main circuit ripple after the CSPS interface adapter board: 23mV/67mV (no load/full load)
2 .ATX power adapter board 5V: 27mV/43mV; 3.3V: 21mV/39mV
3. Hard drive power supply expansion board: 5V: 22mV/31mV
(Testing instrument: HP 54501A; tested according to Intel specifications)

[Connection related]
1. The 10P interface of this power supply adopts the Intel ATX12VO standard line sequence, and the remaining module line interfaces adopt the cool line sequence
2. Some manufacturers’ CPU8P Pin to Pin module lines can be used between the two 10P interfaces
3.ATX The power supply expansion module comes with a 4P 2.54mm hard drive power output and can be equipped with a set of 1*3 SATA module cables
4. The hard drive power supply expansion uses the graphics card 8P input

【Production related】

Open source is meant to be cheap, but while it is cheap, it requires strong hands-on ability. There are risks in making your own, so please be sure to consider this if you want to make it yourself. This must be noted.

Regarding the dcdc module, just go to Xianyu to buy it. It is very cheap. Pw22 usually costs 3 yuan to 3.5 yuan, and zxdn10 is around 1.5 yuan. Don’t be fooled and buy some so-called “new modules”.

To dismantle the Huawei pw22, just use pliers to hold the en pin and slowly lift it up. It is also good to disassemble the gas stove and barbecue. You must control the heat well so that the copper pin will not fall off. The soldering iron is difficult to remove, and the air gun is easy to lose parts.

Please note: VRP1-30E1A0 is extremely hot, so use with caution! Use with caution! ! !

[In the future]
I plan to design DC-ATX modules, Dell interface adapter modules, Huawei GaN power adapter modules, ITX dedicated modules, etc. I can only replace the CSPS interface adapter board for upgrade, so stay tuned!

【renew】

The latest PCB is directly soldered to wires, and has been verified to be available. It can be used with the XT60 version in the interface board.
