Separate the core board and driver board, which can be used multiple times in the future~
Design ideas:
The power supply is provided by the extended version of the servo, so that the extended version can design different voltages according to the situation. After the core board is inserted into the extended version of the servo, it drives the chip through a 3.3V voltage regulator.
Burning can be powered by a servo expansion board or directly powered by 3.3v.
The driver board takes out the PCA9685PW address and changes the address by short-circuiting (this is because the servo expansion version also leads out the pins of the core board, so you can add a screen, etc., if you have time to add it)
The servo expansion board uses a 5v stabilized voltage to drive the servo. The servo driver chip supplies power to 3.3v, so a core board is required to drive it.
Since dogs can jump, placing two 18650 batteries directly on the driver board is more stable than tying them with tape.
Of course, the most important thing is that it will never be larger than 10 x 10 ^w^
Due to the long printing cycle of the model and the need for multiple verifications, the 1.0 model currently used is a backup solution with the PCB facing down.
[The v1.1 version is under verification]
- The core board adds an automatic burn circuit
- Add indicator light
- Lengthen the model so that the front side of the PCB board faces the inside, and change the top model
- Modify the program to improve the action
【v1.0 version】
physical object
Currently, the pcb is facing down.
Correction
- Changed the part where the circuit voltage is insufficient
- Added 2 small ear models
- Corrected the switch button logo ( note: the switch direction here is welded according to the 3D model direction of the PCB )
The connection part with the servo uses the half shaft that was given when purchasing the servo and the printed part, and then fixed to the servo.
Note: You may need to use the provided self-tapping screws here, which may cause scratches. Please pay attention to safety when fixing!
You need to enter the firmware first and then burn the program, otherwise the genkipi plug-in will report an error when burning the program.
