Homemade manual:
1. Component purchase
Both resistors and capacitors can be purchased at TB Youxin Electronics. The packages are mostly 0402. Pay attention to the resistance and capacitance values in the BOM.
2.Welding Guide
Many people say that the resistors and capacitors of the 0402 package are difficult to solder. Indeed, there are no soldering tools/techniques like this.
2.1 Recommended welding tools
1) Steel mesh, buying a steel mesh on Taobao for about 11 yuan can help us save a lot of time
2) For solder paste, it is recommended to buy medium-temperature 183-degree solder paste imported from Japan.
3) Air gun, 858D+ is recommended, open 360 degrees during welding, and the air volume is minimum
4) Soldering iron, T12 is recommended, the cheapest one will do, the temperature is 360 degrees, it is mainly used to handle the soldering of chip pins. There are two soldering iron tips, a curved tip and an ordinary blade.
5) Tweezers, either stainless steel or ceramic tweezers can be used, preferably pointed heads (for handling during welding) or oblate heads (for clamping components). Note that the tweezers body is preferably a harder one.
6) Solder tape, available or not
7) Soldering paste, yellow canned
2.2, welding skills
1) I won’t talk about the use of steel mesh. Station B can find tutorials on its own.
2) When manually placing patches, you can face the iBom/PCB files and place them one by one, so it is not easy to place them incorrectly.
3) Because the board is double-sided, attach the side with small/light components first (to prevent denser components such as inductors from desoldering when welding the other side). For this board, it is the side containing the F405 main chip. noodle
4) Weld with an air gun. Hold the air gun in one hand and tweezers in the other. Do not heat the entire board at the same time. Do it slowly, one part at a time. The resistance and capacitance may be misaligned. You need to adjust the tweezers one by one.
5) After using the air gun, check whether there is any tin connection between the chip pins. Use a soldering iron to handle it. Be sure not to omit the solder paste.
