【CW32】Tianshu big drill bit (electric hand drill)

 
Overview

First of all, thank you for the activity launched by Lichuang EDA. The main control MCU of this project uses CW32F030C8T6

The circuit board is designed in 48X48 (mm) size, which is compact and convenient. It uses 2.54 pins to connect each group of circuit boards. In theory, circuit boards can be stacked infinitely to achieve various functions.

Among them, the accessories purchasing link:

* 1. Brushless electric drill host accessories

* 2. 0.96-inch blue-yellow-blue two-color white I2C IIC communication display OLED LCD screen module

* 3. 2.54mm pitch single row double row extended busbar pin long pin socket 11mm pin length

(It is not recommended to buy this pin. During my test, there were many poor connections. The OLED screen did not light up. I searched for the problem of the code for a long time, but the multimeter found that the SCL line was blocked.)

2. Topic analysis:

In order to test the performance of the CW32 microcontroller and facilitate the implementation of other functions, the circuit board is specially divided into three parts: 1. Power board 2. Control board 3. Motor control board

The circuit board is installed with pin headers and female headers for easy replacement or other uses.

3. Implementation principle:

1. Microcontroller control board

The microcontroller control board leads out all the pins of the CW32F030C8T6 chip, and leads out the pins on both sides.

1. Current detection is used for overcurrent protection

Test process: Use multisim simulation to test the op amp circuit design and detect instantaneous current.
(1) Through software simulation, the output current can be determined through the change of voltage. The detection method uses microcontroller ADC to monitor in real time and display it on the screen.

2. NTC thermistor is used to detect motor temperature and for over-temperature protection

There is a problem with the NTC circuit design and needs to be improved. The circuit designed with an op amp has an error in collecting the resistance of the NTC thermistor. I don’t know why, but the thermistor sampling should not be used as the op amp feedback loop. The voltage dividing resistor method currently used is used for testing.

There is no problem in the simulation process, but there are errors in the actual usage data. The following is a simulation screenshot:

When the thermistor is 25 degrees, the resistance is 10K B value 3950

PCB design instructions

The design size of the main control board and display board is 48X48MM, so that the two circuit boards can be assembled with a spacing of 1.6MM. Then form a 100X100 circuit board, and break it open directly with your hands after receiving it. In this way, we get 2 main control boards and 2 display boards, which can be directly used for circuit proofing on the Jialichuang platform ====== Thanks to Jialichuang

Among them, the brushless motor control board, I tried 48X48 and it really couldn't fit. It may be a problem with component selection. The MOS package is reduced and optimizing the circuit routing should be able to do it.

Software description

1. The software needs to be improved, and there are still problems. I have burned out my two mos tubes and the full-bridge driver chip. I see the chip smoking...,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
