Small development board based on Anxinke Hi-12F module (Hi3861V100)

Overview

The size is 25.4x40mm. If cut along the bottom silk screen, the size can be 25.4x33mm. A mini version of 25.4x33mm is also provided. All IO leads out, can be plugged into breadboard for use. The 5V to 3.3V LDO can be selected from two options, the top layer is ME6211A33M3G-N, and the bottom layer is 1117-3.3. The USB to serial port uses CH340C instead of the smaller CH340N, because the CH340C still has the stock board on hand and can fit in it. The choice of microUSB was based on soldering difficulty and cost, so that old data cables can be used.
****Notes:**** 1. The positive and negative poles cannot be reversed. 2. IO2/IO6/IO8 are hardware configuration words and cannot be in a high level when powered on, otherwise the module cannot enter the normal working state. ### Physical picture![WeChat picture_20220407142933.jpg]
