One day I saw an interesting thing on the Internet
called Qiguang Board
After looking at the price, I decided to give up
, but then I thought about it
, why not make one myself?
To realize this Qiguang board, there are three problems that need to be solved
: 1. Shell design
2. PCB design and code development
3. Front-end design and development
solution process
1. Regarding the problem of the shell,
it is a coincidence that Lichuang EDA Professional Edition has just provided a 3D shell. Painting tools
quickly solved this problem . At home, I found a few CBU chips left over
from the training camp held by Lichuang and Tuya. They were used to burn the firmware of the magic light strip, so I thought of using ws2812 lights. The bead realizes the function of addressable automatic topology , but it was later discovered that this would lead to problems such as light emission direction and wiring difficulties, so the solution of WS2811 was considered, that is, one chip with 9 LEDs, so that each light board can be a separate individual light board. It is addressable and topological with the light panel, but this solution cannot achieve point-to-point precise control and can only achieve linear control (personal understanding) , that is: tree diagram control, hierarchical adjustment control , so this product is called Qiguang Board Lite , so the solution is determined After thinking about it, I started designing . In order to control costs, the size of the light panel is designed as an equilateral triangle with a side length of 9cm. It can be prototyped through Jialichuang. As an idle high school student, it is impossible to write code, so Tuya's development-free solution is solved. To solve this problem , you only need to configure the chip pins according to the product requirements, and you can place an order . Since you use Tuya's chip, Tuya of course provides front-end control. Open the Tuya Smart app.
You can control the device by connecting it to the network.
You can also manually control it through the buttons on the controller.
Advanced gameplay is to connect it to Siri.
After receiving the finished product, I am generally very satisfied with
it. However, the 3D printing model has a slightly larger opening, but it does not affect
the production of a set of 5 pieces. The cost is only 50 yuan, which is less than
the 3D Monkey Printing provided by Jialichuang. The shell costs about 3 to 4 yuan each.
User experience
There are more than ten kinds of special effects
At the same time, it can also pick up sounds through the mobile phone microphone.
Become a music rhythm light
Because there is no microphone soldered on the board
Local mode music rhythm cannot be done
Features will be added to next product
# Let’s take a look at the finished product
# Some friends will find ""Oops! Why is your graininess so strong? "
#No money to customize light guide plate
In fact, the effect of using sulfuric acid paper to even out the light is particularly good.
Unfortunately, my 3D housing lamp bead is too close to the housing
It requires a sulfuric acid paper of 3 to 5 cm or more to have a good uniform light effect.
The chip configuration of Tuya IoT will be in the attachment in the form of pdf
There are also 3D shell files in the attachment.
