Overview
PAJ-7620U2 is a gesture recognition chip developed by Original Phase Technology Company. It integrates an optical array sensor unit and can quickly and accurately sense and output the input signal. Built-in light source and ambient light suppression filter, able to work in dark or low-light environments. It supports gesture action recognition for up, down, left, right, forward, backward, clockwise rotation, counterclockwise rotation and waving, as well as object proximity detection and other functions. It can roughly detect the size and brightness of objects. Using the IIC communication interface, the communication rate can reach 400KHz. The sensor has its own infrared LED driver, sensor sensing array, target information extraction array and gesture recognition array. When the sensor works, it drives the infrared LED to emit infrared . When the sensor array detects an object within an effective distance, the target information extraction array will acquire the original characteristic data of the detected target, and the acquired data is Save it in the register, while the gesture recognition array will recognize and process the original data, and finally store the gesture results in the register. The user can read the original data and gesture recognition results according to the I2C interface. After selecting the key sensors and main control chip, I began to lay out other peripheral circuits. The function I envisioned was to use the LCD screen to display the gestures I wanted to recognize, and add animation effects to them to display the gestures. After imagining it, in order to integrate it with real life, I started to design a small fan function controlled by gestures, so I added buttons and fan circuits. The button circuit is used to control the conversion between gesture recognition and gesture drive modes and to control the small fan simultaneously with gestures. Because the IO port of stm32 can be set to pull-up input, at this time the IO port has its own pull-up resistor, so the button is directly connected to the power supply. Just connect. The fan circuit is because the IO port driving capability of the microcontroller is insufficient, so a transistor amplifier circuit is used to control the small fan.
