【Electric Competition】Three-phase half-bridge module

 
Overview

Circuit analysis of
three-phase and single-phase uncontrolled rectification is shown in the figure below. If uncontrolled rectification is used, just solder the diode.
Three-phase and single-phase inverter circuits are shown in the figure below. If you use the module as an inverter, you only need to weld the MOS tube. After output, you need to add another level of filtering.
 
The schematic diagram shows that
when using uncontrolled rectification, only the diode can be welded, the input is the AC side UVW, and the output is the DC side. When used as an inverter, just weld the MOS tube, the input is the DC side, and the output is the AC side UVW.
Maximum Vdss of MOS tube: 100V, maximum overcurrent: 33A.
Maximum reverse voltage of diode: 100V, average rectified current: 5A.
Driver chip IR2103 power supply: 10-20V
