lithium battery & screws & nuts: The previous inventory does not include links here. The screw specification is M2 length 20mm, and the lithium battery is 3.7V.

Infrared thermal imaging camera is used to display circuit board temperature imaging, equipment temperature imaging, etc.
Originally, I wanted to make a thermal imager like the ones at the entrances and exits of high-speed trains that can detect body temperature. However, due to the poor performance of the AMG8833, I switched to an instrument that displays the temperature of circuit boards or equipment. The specific functions are expected to be as follows
1. Temperature imaging (core function)
2. Multiple display modes, such as: iron red, rainbow, white heat, etc.
3. Ultra-high or ultra-low temperature wake-up and alarm function
4. Lithium battery power detection
The schematic diagram and PCB can be opened directly in EasyEDA. The functions of each part of the schematic diagram are also marked, so I won’t explain them too much here. Below are the physical pictures after SMT and the complete circuit board diagram:
