Overview

Regarding the drive, because our team is participating in the national college student e-sports competition in the direction of self-control, the smart car must need a powerful drive board. In the end, we chose the solution of DRV8701 chip and dual H-bridge, and with the help of this Lichuang smart car The competition implements this plan. The DRV8701 chip has the advantages of anti-electromagnetic interference, wide input voltage, and strong driving capability, and is widely used in various smart car competitions. The dual-channel drive in the Zhufei store sells for hundreds of yuan, so we chose to make it ourselves, firstly to verify the feasibility of the solution, and secondly to prepare for the national smart car competition. Our team uses the solution of MP1584EN plus RT9013-33GB. The 5V output can reach up to 3A, and the 3.3V output is dedicated to Provides power to the microcontroller. In addition, DCDC chips such as LM2596 and SY8303 have good effects. To implement the function , the first is very basic electromagnetic tracking, using OPA4377 as the electromagnetic signal processing module, and using the microcontroller ADC to collect. This part is very simple, and then controls the direction of the steering gear. Then there is the remote control function. We use the wireless serial port module to allow the remote control to communicate with the smart car and control the speed and direction of the car.
