[Tuya Infrared Voice Practical Camp]
1. Hardware part
This project was modified based on the schematic diagram provided by Tuya official. Based on the reference schematic diagram, the reset button was removed and filter protection circuits for the microphone and speaker were added.
In terms of components, the SMD components are mainly packaged in 0805. Micro USB has been changed to type-C, and the SMD sockets of the microphone and speaker have also been changed to direct plug-in. The model of the speaker is also different from that recommended by Tuya. !
The selection of components is basically based on the basic library of Lichuang SMT patch. For a few parts that are not available in the basic library, the extended library is used. Those who have SMT patch rolls can try SMT patching.
SMT patch order component instructions:
Components purchased from Lichuang Mall:
The components in the expansion library above require a replacement fee of 20 yuan each. Considering that I just want to experience Lichuang SMT patches, the most important thing is that I am poor, so the remaining ones that are not posted are purchased on Lichuang Mall. Here is a purchase list of the remaining components (except magnetic beads, graffiti modules and 2P sockets).
Attention! The speakers bought here are different from the models recommended by Tuya, and the sizes are also different!
2. Firmware part (program)
The firmware part is based on the 1.0.0 provided by Tuya, and the white LED light interface has been modified and changed to pa14/PWM6S, as shown in the figure below:
