1. Introduction
The width and height of the micro FM radio
adopts the OLED board size of 28.5x27mm
Implicit switch, after inserting the earphones and turning on the phone,
there are 30 radio stations with storage space
for channel selection: preset radio station ( CH ), set frequency ( Frequency ), manual station search ( SGL Seek ), automatic station search ( AutoSeek )
2. Hardware
Adoption solution: STM8S001J3 + RDA5807M
Main control board: STM8S001J3 , controls RDA5807M and OLED display through I2C , 5 buttons (up, down, settings, volume + , volume - ), battery power monitoring. If you need more functions, you can use a more powerful MCU for main control alone.
Radio board: RDA5807M , the screw hole in the upper left corner is reserved for the antenna terminal, using the tp4056 battery management solution, 300mAH lithium battery ( 702025 ) . The power switch uses the switch in the headphone holder, insert the headphones and turn them on.
OLED display board: Please note that different manufacturers have different sizes and pin ordering. The size used in this solution is 28.5x27mm.
3. Operation
Plug in headphones and turn on
Preset radio mode: press the up and down buttons to select a station; the volume button controls the volume; the setting button jumps to the next mode
Preset radio mode: up and down buttons +/-100Khz, set frequency; volume button controls volume; setting button jumps to next mode
Manual station search mode: press the up and down buttons to search a station up /down and set the frequency; the volume button controls the volume; the setting button jumps to the next mode
Automatic channel search mode:
When not started, the setting key jumps to the next mode . Press the volume button to start searching for channels.
After starting the station search, the original default station will be cleared, and any keys pressed during the station search process will be invalid.
After the station search is completed, preset the radio mode and open the first radio station
