The keyboard PCB is mainly built based on the shells of IKBC C87 and Welding Emperor 87. It is also compatible with a series of male mold shells such as Skua and Gauss. Since different shell structures may have slight differences, mainly the difference in the bottom support structure, it is difficult to install during assembly. The support structure of the bottom shell needs to be cut appropriately depending on the situation.
1. The backlight specification is 3528/6028 reverse-mounted lamp , and the maximum voltage is about 3-3.5V, so choose blue, white and other high-brightness lamp beads that can withstand 3.5V voltage. If you choose other colors such as green or red, these lamp beads may have a voltage resistance of only 2V. If you adjust the dimmer knob to the maximum brightness, it is very likely to burn the lamp beads.
2. Since the dimming knob is relatively thick and thick, it penetrates to the bottom of the PCB. The bottom shell structure below the dimming knob position may affect the assembly, so the bottom shell support structure below the dimming knob needs to be broken off.
3. When installing the keyline separation charging module, you can cut the bottom case support structure according to different bottom case conditions. The bottom case support structure can be cut according to the situation for the main control position and battery.
4. Insulation: For safety reasons, it is best to separate the key wires with a layer of insulating paper or tape between the charging module and the main PCB, between the main control board and the main PCB, and between the battery and the main PCB .
5. Important! Do not connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery reversely! Pay attention to the positive and negative marks on the charging module! If the connection is reversed, the charging module will be burned directly at high temperature! ! After connecting the battery, do not connect the charging module to the main PCB first. First, touch the charging module to see if it is hot to your hands. Make sure the battery is not connected backwards before connecting it to the main PCB.
6. Indicator lights: There are two RGB indicators on the keyboard. The left indicator light: red (capital CAPS), green (lightspeed), blue (Bluetooth); the right indicator light: red (charging), green (fully charged). , green on and flashing red (no battery connected), red and green on at the same time (battery connected reversely, charging module burned, gg). The indicator light is relatively high and may hit the plastic structure of the upper case. If necessary, cut off the plastic structure below the upper case.
7. Knob: The volume knob is an encoder knob, which can be turned infinitely. Forward volume +, reverse volume -, press to mute; turn the dimmer knob to the far left and twist it again. When you hear a snap, the light will turn off completely. Turn to the right. Turn the light to turn on with a click, continue to turn right to increase the brightness, and turn left to decrease the brightness.
8. The power button switch is the main power switch. When turned off, the keyboard will not work and the dimmer knob cannot turn on the light, but the battery can still be charged.
9. Mode switching : FN+F11 is the lightspeed button, FN+F12 is the Bluetooth button.
