@gl1996 The open source 2.13-inch ink screen clock - MSP430 project, as a small desktop clock, is extremely convenient to use. But I hope to realize the sound prompt function on the hour. After one month of study, I basically learned the programming of MSP430G2553, and developed the hourly sound prompt firmware based on the GL boss. Based on the hardware of GL Boss, welding the Beep module of this project and flashing the accessory firmware can realize the hourly reminder function.
The module structure is extremely simple, requiring a total of 1 1230 piezoelectric buzzer ( passive, either 3V or 5V ), 1 SI2305 (removable original price tag board), 1 1k resistor, and 3 flying wires.
SI2305 can remove the device marked in red circle in the picture (1 piece)
The soldering pins are as shown below
You can choose the welding position for VCC and GND by yourself. P2.6 is welded according to the position shown in the picture (flying wire)
Firmware description:
1. Facing the screen, buttons 1, 2, and 3 are from left to right;
2. Press and hold button 1, and then press button 3 to enter settings;
3. Press button 2, and then press button 3 to turn on the hourly reminder function ( A bell icon will appear in the lower right corner of the screen);
4. The clock setting interface will display the current battery voltage;
5. If you have any problems during use or have any suggestions, thank you for your positive feedback;
6. The current firmware is after 30 times of flashing A full flash will consume about 1mAh of power per day;
7. If there is no operation for 30 seconds after entering the settings interface, it will automatically exit the settings;
8. This firmware is suitable for GL boss hardware.
