7-60V wide voltage input, 5V output, maximum output current 3.5A. When the input voltage becomes larger, it is recommended to reduce the output current, otherwise the heat generated by the chip and the inductor will increase.
When selecting an inductor model, attention should be paid to choosing one with a small resistivity, the application frequency of the inductor matching the power supply output frequency (600Khz), and the peak current not exceeding the rated current of the inductor.
Part of the information required to purchase components:
1. The power chip uses Texas Instruments TPS54361DPRR, and the packaging specification is WSON4x4-10. For detailed information, please view the chip manual in the attachment.
2. It is recommended that the input capacitor be made of X7R material, with a voltage resistance of 50V, and a package size of 1206 (if conditions permit or the input voltage is large, it is recommended to use a ceramic chip capacitor with a voltage resistance of 100V)
3. The output capacitor is made of X5R material (X7R can be used if conditions permit), with a voltage resistance of 10V and a packaging specification of 1206
4. The packaging specification of the remaining capacitors is 0603. For specific materials and voltage resistance, please refer to the chip manual.
5. Resistor package specifications are all 0603, accuracy +1%, 1/10W
6. The manual reference for the inductance value of the inductor is 8.2uh. Here I directly choose 10uh, and the package specification is 0420.
7. The diode model is ss56 and the package is DO-214AC
Buying advice:
1. All the above components are SMD devices. Most electronic materials can be purchased at the Taobao store "Shenzhen Youxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd." I purchased the power supply IC from the Taobao store "Shenzhen Ruixinda Electronic Technology". The official recommended selling price of Texas Instruments is 22.645 (the purchase quantity is 1-99). The price of the power IC in this store is 25 yuan per piece. Others Store prices are generally higher, and the price in this store is relatively close to the official recommended selling price.
