Use 2.5*4+3 (or 2.5*5+3) copper posts and 2.5M male nuts to fix them.
Update log:
v1.0:
Modified from open source project
https://www.oshwhub.com/TheLight/zi-ding-yi-jian-pan
The multimedia knob of ec11 has been removed. Add a new LED power light, and modify the key shaft packaging to a universal mechanical key shaft package. Add a new keyboard cover, just separate the two pieces after finishing the board.
v1.1:
Modify the key shaft package of the type-c version to be hot-swappable.
The next version is going to be a hot-swappable version.
The hot-swappable version has been uploaded.
The hot-swappable version has been uploaded.
The hot-swappable version has been uploaded. There may be some problems with the fonts imported into the pcb. You can adjust them yourself and delete the ones you don’t need.
I uploaded two hex files. I don’t know if there is any problem. I have made several before and lost them. I saw this in the inventory and I don’t have time to test it.
It's not that the hole of the hot-swappable version is a bit small, and Kaihua's shaft cannot be inserted in. You can use a small electric drill to expand it, or modify the PCB yourself.
Please understand that the project files are produced using AD18.

Component list: All are 0805 packages
Note: Use 1k resistor for red, yellow, orange, yellow-green LED lights, and 2.2k resistor for warm white, white, blue, emerald green, ice blue, and pink LED lights.
22K resistor | 1 |
LED light | 4 |
type-c 16p | 1 |
1K or 2.2K resistor (depending on the voltage of the LED light you use) | 4 |
key shaft | 3 |
100nF capacitor | 3 |
