Tang San's hidden weapon? Which one is better to choose? It should be simple and easy to implement and consistent with the theme of the training camp.

Hmm...Okay, let's have a colorful lotus ("Buddha's Furious Tang Lotus").

But how to do it? Make it simple-->Teacher's sample is extended with additional power. (The development information was not found at that time, so it’s better not to overturn the situation first. After all, it is the first time to participate)

Well, mobile version-->Light + motor. Save development time by using the same source control.

Plan ideas:
1. Power supply part:
a. USB power supply - select the universal Android interface and add a switch for easy start and stop.

b. Battery power supply - I happen to have a 18650 lithium battery on hand and choose the ME2108A DC-DC boost chip. The 5V reduction motor has faster speed and greater torque.

2. Motor drive:
RZ7899 is selected as the driver chip. This chip has been tested on a small solution board and is also simple and practical.
 
 
3. WIFI module:
This training camp is jointly organized by Tuya IoT Development Platform   and Lichuang EDA . When setting up the project, I chose the colorful lamp solution, and the module is Tuya WB3S. For details, you can check the link below.

4. PCB layout:
a. There are relatively few devices. As long as the area is divided well, it can be routed.
 
b. No copper is laid under the module WB3S, which can effectively reduce RF interference. Hollowing out the antenna area is an excellent option.
 
 
c. The battery DC-DC is grounded at a single point and does not lay copper, which can also reduce interference.
 
 
d. It is worth mentioning that Lichuang EDA has a layout transfer function. After converting the schematic to PCB, select the layout to be transferred.
Select [Tools]->[Layout Transfer] to transfer the schematic layout to the PCB. Convenient and fast, no more searching for parts everywhere. This is a powerful feature that is not available in other PCB software.
 
 
e. The seats are all of the same type. The funds provided by the training camp are still limited, so use them sparingly.

5. Colorful principle:
a. Based on the principle of combining three primary colors (red + green + blue) to form colorful colors. Module I/O <5;6;13> The stronger the PWM signal output by the monochrome, the higher the brightness, and the overall color will tend to it.
 
 
b.Extended J3 interface. When multiple RGB light strips are cross-connected with different primary colors, colorful combination displays can be achieved at the same time.
[I did not purchase a light strip when I participated in the training camp. For the effect, please refer to the "Three Primary Colors" above. The lotus heart is an extended small light case ---> one of the seven lotus seeds ]
 
6. Flowering principle:
Based on the three primary colors, combined with the RZ7899 drive pins <1;2>, they are both PWM controlled, so the lantern motor linkage effect can be achieved by connecting to the same PWM.
And which color is connected, when the color value reaches the start threshold, the motor will rotate and the little lotus will bloom, otherwise it will stop.
 
7. Mechanical device:
A 3D print made by hand, the N word is omitted here. . . (See the attachment for the model, please be sure to enlarge it 1x when printing)
 
Show results:
 
1. It can be powered by USB or battery.
 
 
2. Realize the change of color on the APP control terminal and the speed change of the linked motor, so that the little lotus blossoms and shrinks. (Demonstration video, operation with dubbing)
 
3. Three output options are available: red output; blue output; red + blue output.
 
 
4. Support expansion of RGB light strip interface. The platform at the lotus center is the position of lotus seeds. Based on the description in point 5 of the plan idea, lotus seed hearts of different colors can be placed.
You can also purchase light strips to surround the entire Xiaolian to make it even more cool!
 
 
 
Precautions:
Graduation supplement 1: The battery power can also be optimized to increase battery life. I also hope that students can come up with better solutions.
 
Completion supplement 2: It is recommended to replace various interfaces with different models to prevent the same interface from being mistakenly plugged in.
 
Graduation supplement 3: Please double the size of the printed 3D model to achieve the best demonstration effect. At that time, I was afraid of exceeding the space of the printer platform when modeling, so I reserved a small space.
