1. Idea of the work : This is my first time to draw a PCB board, so in order to avoid overturning, I drew it according to Mo Gong’s principles.
2. Features and functions : Use the Tuya smart WIFI module to connect to the network, use the Tuya mobile APP to control the small lights, realize the color changes of the lights, and feel the fun brought by the Internet of Things.
Use mobile phone charging port to supply 5V power. Download the APP from the Tuya Smart official website.
Production process : I drew it myself according to Mo Gong's schematic diagram, and then generated the PCB and manually routed it to deepen my understanding of the circuit diagram. Seeing the simulated 3D diagram felt very interesting and full of accomplishment. Next, you can go to Jialichuang to buy single boards, and at the same time, go to Lichuang Mall to purchase unit devices. Sit back and wait for the board to be welded, enjoying yourself. . . .
Problem and solution: When wiring the PCB, the power pin network of Tuya's WIFI package is written as "3.3", while the power supply of my board is written as "+3.3", resulting in no connection between the two. To place an order, After checking the board, we found that the problem was not serious. We soldered the board later and connected it through flying wires. When welding components, you don’t need to apply too much tin. Check each component to see if there is a weak solder, and check whether the voltage is normal.
Project hardware : The RGB controlled by the Tuya Smart configuration firmware is PWM high-level active, so the RGB lamp with a common anode is selected. It should be noted that the three pins of the RGB lamp are controlled through the mos tube driver.
Software part : omitted

Note : The reset setting of my Tuya WIFI module is to restart it five times, and then the network can be reconfigured.
