Heating table based on Hezhou AIR103 main control

 
Overview
The temperature sensor uses PT1000, which is sold on Taobao for 5.4 yuan each. There is no wire. You can buy a meter of high-temperature wire separately for 4 yuan.
The input uses a rotary potentiometer of 10KΩ, which is actually not that large. You can find a rotary potentiometer that looks good and is easy to adjust.
The OLED displays the set temperature and real-time temperature. There is a bug in the program with too many effective digits. If the temperature changes quickly, the screen will be blurred.
IFR3205 is used for MOSFET and LM358 operational amplifier is used for MOS driver to form a voltage comparator.
The main control adopts Hezhou AIR103. Taobao Pinduoduo 9.9 free shipping. The ADC pins and I2C pins are reused, but I don’t know how to adjust them. So I originally wanted to use a 3-way ADC, but I cut it into two channels. It works but there are error.
The heating plate comes from other open source projects (you can find it by searching user Zhanshuo in Open Source Square). The power supply is recommended to be 12V10A or above. Pay attention to the high temperature.
The program is also very simple. Masters can modify it themselves. The control algorithm is threshold control.
Special attention needs to be paid to the interface of the aluminum substrate. If copper pillars are used, insulation should be done to avoid short circuits. Soldering is not recommended. The solder will melt under high temperatures. It is best to have a copper nose and press the screw directly.
The board is a bit big, you can consider JP proofing or cutting it.
