I bought a ready-made white lampshade online. The bottom size is about 8cm in diameter and 12cm in height.
The circuit board design is divided into four parts. The first part is the power supply, which mainly provides 5V voltage and 3.3V voltage. If conditions permit, a battery can be configured.
The second part is the chip board, which is mainly the main control chip, infrared transmitting module and wiring base.
The third part is a speaker with a sound cavity. The plan is to add a piece of plastic to guide the sound. It is curved. I don’t know how to describe it. . . , save costs, forget it.
The fourth part is mainly the button part and the LED light effect.
One of the microphones is movable, and the other is welded to the fourth part.
Considering that the designed PBC size is less than 10CM, the single piece of splicing board needs to be larger than 7CM,
so it can only be fused into two parts.
