LED24X23 dot matrix light board

 
Overview
The main control STC8H1K28-LQFP32
microcontroller directly drives the dot matrix, which is a 24*23, 0603 white LED array. What is that principle called? Charlie reuses it.
 
There are currently some shortcomings: the display may be uneven (the number of lights on is different).
 
The production cost is roughly calculated:
552 LEDs, 10 yuan can buy 1,000
main control chips, STC8H1K28, the price is about 2.6.
The remaining buttons, switches, resistors, capacitors, TYPE-C, copper pillars (nylon pillars) 1 yuan
PCB, free
cost about 15
