When the board has high power input and output, the current at the battery end is very large, so please pay attention to the selection of batteries.
The board does not have lithium battery protection and balancing circuits. The battery end needs to use a protection board with balancing function.
The window area must be tinned.
The window area on the front side of port A must be tinned and welded to port A (conductive).
IP5389 is a multifunctional power management SOC that integrates QC2.0 / QC3.0 / QC3+ output fast charging protocol, AFC/FCP/ SCP/ VOOC input and output fast charging protocol, USB C PD2.0/PD3.0 input and output protocol, USB C PD3.0 PPS output protocol, compatible with BC1.2/Apple mobile phone, synchronous bidirectional buck-boost converter, lithium battery charging management, battery power indicator, etc., providing a complete power solution for fast charging mobile power. It can support four USB ports: USB A x2, USB C, USB B (or lightning port, or USBC) at the same time. Any USB port can support fast charging when used alone. IP5389 supports 2/3/4/5 series cells, and the synchronous switch buck-boost system can provide a maximum output capacity of 60W. When unloaded, it automatically enters the sleep state.
The synchronous switch charging system of IP5389 provides up to 5.0A charging current. Built-in IC temperature, battery temperature and input voltage control loop, intelligently adjust the charging current.
IP5389 has a built-in 14bit ADC to accurately measure battery voltage and current. IP5389 has a built-in power calculation method to accurately obtain battery power information. The battery power curve can be customized to accurately display the battery power.
IP5389 supports 4 LED power display, supports 88, 188 and other digital tube power display; supports lighting function; supports buttons.
IP5389 integrates USB C Power Delivery PD2.0/PD3.0/PPS protocols, integrated physical layer protocol (PHY), hardware bidirectional tag codec (BMC) module.
