Overview
The FEBFSL126MR-H432V1-GEVB integrated pulse width modulator (PWM) and SenseFET is designed for high performance offline switch mode power supplies (SMPS) with minimal external components. The FEBFSL126MR-H432V1-GEVB includes an integrated high voltage power switching regulator that combines an avalanche protected SenseFET with a current mode PWM control block. The integrated PWM controller includes: under voltage lockout (UVLO) protection, leading edge blanking (LEB), frequency generator for EMI attenuation, optimized gate turn on/off driver, thermal shutdown (TSD) protection, and temperature compensated precision current sources for loop compensation and fault protection circuits. The FEBFSL126MR-H432V1-GEVB provides good soft start performance. Compared to discrete MOSFET and controller or RCC switching converter solutions, the FEBFSL126MR-H432V1-GEVB reduces total component count, design size and weight while improving efficiency, productivity and system reliability. The device provides a basic platform that is ideal for designing cost-effective flyback converters.
