The AR0144 Mono 84.1° DFOV IAS Module is a ¼ inch, 1 Mp Global shutter prototype, which allows for easy development of high global shutter efficiency, compact cameras based on the AR0144 mono CMOS image sensor. Part of the IAS module family from ON Semiconductor, the AR0144 Mono 84.1° DFOV IAS Module includes standardized connectors, layout configuration and OTPM protocols. The module features the AR0144 CMOS image sensor, which provides 1Mp and best global shutter efficiency mono imaging for applications including barcode scanning, machine vision, robotic and artificial intelligence.
