Overview
Title: Hardware Circuit
of an STC Color Silkscreen Development Board 1. Functionality Based on the STC Chip: Serial port simulation for program downloading without the need for an external serial port chip. 2. LED 3. Buzzer 4. Dual-channel CAN bus communication for connecting to external chips and communicating with others. 5. ADC Acquisition 6. Encoder Special Features: Many development boards and experimental boxes simply implement the chip's functions on a few components, thus concluding the chip learning. However, based on my own experience, I've placed a simple adjustable step-down circuit on the remaining space of the board, capable of outputting an adjustable voltage from 1 to 10V, for further learning. For example, I've included a motor circuit that can adapt to motor power supplies from 3.7V to 7.4V. I've also provided a high-performance current amplifier, allowing us to use a microcontroller's ADC to detect the output voltage and current. PCB fabrication and physical code will be provided later. Through a JLCPCB event, I received a color screen printing template, which allowed me to design color screen prints. It's difficult to find convenient and quick tutorials online to create beautiful and unique color screen prints. I'll share the experiences I gained through this practice. For example, I created a One Piece image by cutting out and assembling it myself. Through this event, I realized my connecting-the-dots skills need improvement, and I'm still missing out on developing a true artistic flair for color screen printing. While the initial results were very appealing, aesthetic fatigue is something I need to consider.
