Overview
With the rapid development of drones, drone obstacle avoidance technology has become the focus of the industry and has important application value in fields such as cruise and tracking. This design uses the TIVA microcontroller produced by TI as the control core, and STM32H7 as the image processing chip used in openmv. It is equipped with a laser module to measure the distance between the quadcopter drone and the obstacle (tower). At the same time, openmv uses a computer vision algorithm to measure distance, and the two are integrated and filtered. openmv recognizes the color of the tower to achieve flying around obstacles. The system covers the single-chip control module, attitude calculation unit (imu), height-fixing module, fixed-point module, motor ESC module, vision module, and laser ranging module, which can realize one-key take-off function, cruise function, buzzer and lighting The prompt function, obstacle avoidance function and fixed point landing function meet the design requirements.
